INJECTION MOLD
Injection molding is a manufacturing process used to produce moderate to high volumes of plastic parts with exceptional precision and consistency.

>> Our Process
The process begins with the preparation of thermoplastic polymers, which are in the form of granules. These granules are fed into a heated barrel where they are melted into a liquid state. Once molten, the plastic is injected under high pressure (up to 15,000 psi) into a mold cavity designed to shape the final product. As the mold fills, the plastic takes on the shape and detailed textured surfaces of the mold.
After cooling and solidifying, the mold opens, and the newly formed part is ejected. Additionally, we support a range of thermoplastic materials, many of which are modified with talc or rubber for higher impact resistance or better scratch and mar properties. Many of our parts undergo further assembly with clips, speakers, lights, or are incorporated into other build processes, making them ready-to-install finished goods.
