This process utilizes high-frequency electromagnetic waves to generate heat due to molecular friction, which melts the materials at the joint interface in a matter of seconds, allowing them to fuse together upon cooling without heating the tooling or areas that are not targeted.

We have machines that will handle panels large enough to cover the entire rear wall of a sleeper. These machines allow us capacity and quick cycles to cost effectively produce not only intricately designed panels but also form strong bonds that hold.
