Our 2D Chemical Bond product provides a range of customers within the heavy truck industry with interior wall panels featuring crisp, intricate designs tailored to various truck models.

This product utilizes our proprietary urethane-coated foam adhesion process, which creates a softer, more tactilely pleasant panel. In this process, foam is coated with a urethane mixture and then layered between a compressed cardboard substrate and a cover stock made of either cloth or vinyl.

This assembly is placed into a custom-built bond die and subjected to a heated press, which compresses and adheres all three layers together.
Each die is meticulously crafted with debossed patterns and designs specific to the customer’s requirements and the model of the vehicle.
