The Diamond Award is the highest recognition provided by Navistar to a select few of their supplier partners. Diamond Suppliers are part of an elite group representing the top two percent of Navistar’s supply base. Superior Trim has received the award from 2014-2020 along with 2022. This puts Superior Trim as one of Navistar's 2000 plus suppliers to win the award six consecutive times. The award recognizes the suppliers for exceeding performance expectations for quality, delivery, technology, and cost. Recognition is also given for world-class service and innovative products and processes that allow Navistar to set their brand apart. This award is a celebration of delivering results and an expression of gratitude from Navistar for aligning with the company’s overall strategy and commitment to continuous improvement.

Superior Trim has been awarded in 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2022 for the PACCAR Supplier Performance Award at the MASTER level. PACCAR LEADER STATUS in 2017 and 2022 was awarded. PACCAR ACHIEVER STATUS for 2015, 2016, and 2020. All are highly coveted awards for top performing suppliers in PACCAR’s Supplier Performance Management (SPM) Program. The SPM program evaluates a supplier’s performance in the areas of product development, operations support and business alignment with PACCAR objectives. Superior Trim Receives Top Honor from Navistar at 2023 Supplier Excellence Awards
[October 3, 2023, Chicago, IL] - Superior Trim, a prominent provider of high-quality interior trim products for the heavy-truck and recreational-vehicle industry, is thrilled to announce that it has been awarded the highest honor of “platinum” in the overall Performance Category at Navistar’s 2023 Supplier Excellence Awards.
Navistar Inc. announced its 2023 Supplier Excellence Awards recognizing top-performing suppliers across a variety of industries in two major categories: Performance and Leadership. The Performance Awards honor four recipients for their excellence in quality, delivery, cost, and continuous improvements. Award recipients are ranked from platinum to bronze.
“Even as the supply chain constraints continue, many Navistar suppliers have gone above and beyond to ensure they are exceeding Navistar’s expectations,” said Peter Friberg, Chief Procurement Officer. “We are proud to recognize these suppliers and their achievements, as we continue on our journey to accelerate the impact of sustainable mobility.”
