Tyler earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Findlay in 2010. Tyler has been with Superior Trim for the past 15 years, during which he has held a number of leadership roles. He began his career in the Molded Products Division as Materials Manager, a role in which he played a key part in optimizing material flow and operational efficiency.

His performance in this role led to his promotion to Plant Manager within the same division. Tyler later transitioned to the Formed Products Division, continuing as Plant Manager, where he further demonstrated his leadership capabilities and commitment to operational excellence. He was subsequently promoted to Director of Operations, taking on the responsibility of overseeing all six of Superior Trim’s manufacturing facilities.

Tyler has served as President of Superior Trim since 2021, leading both its strategic planning and operational execution.
