Dave has dedicated his entire professional career to the heavy truck industry, where he has held a variety of progressively responsible roles including Trim Engineer, Process Engineer, Industrial Engineer, and Engineering Manager. Over the course of more than 20 years, he has developed extensive expertise in both engineering and cost analysis.

In 2009, Dave brought this wealth of experience to the Superior Trim Engineering Department team, where he initially served as a Cost Engineer supporting several of the company’s divisions. He also contributed as a Process Engineer within the Molded Products Division, applying his skills to improve manufacturing efficiency and product quality.

In recognition of his leadership and technical acumen, Dave was promoted to the position of Director of Engineering in 2019, where he continues to guide engineering strategy and innovation across the organization.
